Coverline: Sniper Duel
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zoviqen handles information in Coverline: Sniper Duel (the “app”). For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@zoviqen.com.
- Your guest profile and game progress are stored on your device.
- You can play the growth modes without an internet connection. Optional rewarded ads and consent services use the internet.
- Google sign-in, cloud saves and online player matches are not active in this version.
1. Information stored on your device
The app stores a randomly generated local profile identifier, nickname, stage progress and stars for each growth mode, coins, equipment, upgrades, tutorial status, language, control and sound preferences, and reward completion/claim records. These records support gameplay, settings and prevention of duplicate rewards. The mobile app does not upload these game records to a Zoviqen game server.
2. Advertising and privacy choices
The app uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded video ads. Google’s advertising services may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), advertising and other device/account identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Data processing depends on device settings, consent and the advertising service used.
Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent requirements when the app starts. When required, a privacy message is shown before an ad request. You can revisit available choices through the app’s “Ad privacy choices” setting when that option is provided. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all ad-related data processing. You may skip rewarded ads and continue playing with the normal game rewards.
Details: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from partner apps, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
3. Support and purposes
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems and maintain relevant support records. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Local gameplay data supports the service you request; advertising choices are handled through the consent flow where required. Support information is used to respond to you and address service issues.
4. Sharing and international processing
Google and participating advertising partners process advertising information under their policies and the choices available in the consent message. Email providers process support correspondence. Information may be processed outside your country. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not send your locally stored nickname or game progress to advertisers through our game code.
5. Retention, deletion and your rights
Game records remain in app storage until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it; some recent run/reward records are also replaced as you play. This version has no cloud backup or account recovery, so deleted progress cannot be restored by us. Clearing app storage does not delete information already held by Google or other service providers.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve and follow up on your request or meet applicable legal requirements, then delete it. Provider-held information follows the provider’s retention policies. You can manage or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, subject to your Android version.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent privacy authority. Email us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. Security and device permissions
The game stores progress in app-local storage. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. No system is completely secure. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise GPS location access; an IP address can still indicate approximate location to advertising services.
7. Children’s privacy
The app does not ask for a date of birth. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action under applicable law. A parent or guardian can remove locally stored gameplay data using Android’s app-data controls.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. If account linking, cloud saves or online matches are introduced, their information handling will be described before those features are made available. Material changes will be communicated as required.
